Once you have finished your 30-minute initial consultation and decide to become a patient, you will schedule your full initial consultation. This is a detailed consultation where we review your medical history and current health status. A customized, comprehensive treatment plan is created, and you receive your first treatment.
Initial herbal prescriptions are formulated at this time if patient opts to take herbs, and supplement recommendations are made if necessary.
Initial laboratory tests may be ordered at this time if needed.
At your subsequent visits you receive follow-up consultation, acupuncture treatment, ongoing guidance, and adjustments to herbs and supplements as needed.

Packages are non-refundable, and are time-limited. The time limits for using your package are as follows:- 4-session packages: Must be used within 8 weeks of initial purchase date.
- 6-session packages: Must be used within 12 weeks of initial purchase date.
- 8-session packages: Must be used within 16 weeks of initial purchase date.
- 12-session packages: Must be used within 20 weeks of initial purchase date.
Cancellation/reschedule policy:
Appointments must be rescheduled no later than 5pm the previous business day. Penalties for late cancellation are as follows:
- Packages: Appointments cancelled after the deadline will be forfeited and you will be unable to reschedule them.
- Per-Session: You will be subject to a charge of the full appointment fee if you cancel after the cancellation deadline.
