I am so grateful I came to visit Chris and give acupuncture a try. My husband and I had been trying to start a family for nine months and did not seem to have any luck. They were able to fertilize 11

My husband and I had been trying to conceive for nearly 18 months. Because I was older than 35, my OB-GYN wanted us to begin testing for possible infertility after six months, but we spread it out a little bit longer. After completing blood tests, HSG and semen analysis, nothing indicated why we had not been successful. I am not exactly sure how long I met with Chris, but I don't think it was more than an entire cycle, but I got pregnant. We did that second IUI but I honestly believe it was done too soon because I didn't actually ovulate until four days later (I misread my signs). I believe that the theory behind acupuncture, treating the whole body, is what was required to get my system in sync.

I was suffering from poor circulation, bad nutrition, and low energy. I followed Chris' instructions to the letter. I lost six pounds the first week and detoxed the heck out of my body. I came to Chris for acupuncture treatments in November 2006, in preparation for my first IVF cycle in January 2007. We also worked with relaxation techniques and focused breathing, which allowed me to better deal with stressful situations. Unlike other acupuncturists I had met in the past, Chris focused on a few key areas to promote my fertility and increase our chances for IVF success. I followed his easy and helpful dietary changes, and came in for treatments once a week until the IVF cycle began, then two times during the ovarian stimulation phase and before the embryo transfer. Two weeks after the embryo transfer, we found out the first IVF cycle was a success! There is no doubt in my mind that our successful IVF cycle is due in part to the acupuncture treatments and stress relief techniques from the Axelrad Clinic of Chinese Medicine. I highly recommend him as a very knowledgeable acupuncturist who specializes in the realm of infertility, and who takes a personal interest in your determination to overcome infertility.

After only four sessions with Chris, I was pregnant. That entire month, I followed a healthy diet, exercised, took the vitamins he recommended, took the herbs he recommended and relaxed. Before I got pregnant, I lost a total of 13 pounds. The irony here is that the fertility doctor I went to said I could not get pregnant without insemination. I'm now pregnant and feeling really good. I continue to see Chris and will continue throughout my pregnancy. I cannot tell enough people that this is how I got pregnant. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind.

I wanted to let you know that I had the most wonderful sleep last night. I went to bed at around 11 and slept till the alarm woke me up. In the morning, I felt very refreshed and could get up easily. I have again this light and happy feeling throughout the day. You are a wonderful healer.

Through Chris' ability to seek out the areas that needed help with his healing hands, I can actually feel improvements in my physical makeup but also a marked improvement in my panic attacks and am able to function as a normal person again.

Even after my first visit with Chris, I felt more relaxed and confident in myself, and the threat of depression withered. Chris is very professional and respectful and has an excellent bedside manner. Not only did the qigong help relieve my issues, also his comforting advice eased my issues.

I have been very impressed by Medical Qigong and Chinese Herbal Medicine, and think that Chris is a very gifted energy worker. Your herbs have helped me considerably. I still have pain but it is tolerable and I usually sleep all night now. This is all amazing considering just 6 months ago I was in pain all of the time and woke up at least 2-3 times a night.

At the end of the day I would experience burning, discomfort, and soreness in my foot. While having weekly treatments and taking the herbs Chris provided, this pain and discomfort went away.
